Shredded short rib and chili bean burrito with cheese and salsa verde, served with southwest rice and a freshly made garden mojito - for those of legal age only! Only while supplies last on Tuesd because slow roasting the short ribs takes a loooooong time! Every Tuesday night through the summer.
